Actress Jennifer Hudson has advised singing sensation Beyoncé to squeeze in as much sleep as possible in her king size bed during the early stages of motherhood and to appreciate spending time with her new baby, before she grows into a toddler. The 30-year-old Oscar winner, who starred with Beyoncé in Dreamgirls, gave birth to a son of her own two years ago and has since decided to pass on her knowledge. Beyoncé and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, welcomed baby Blue Ivy into the world earlier this month. Speaking at a Good Housekeeping event (January 10th), Hudson commented: "Girl, get your sleep! We talked about this when I had my munchkin. It goes so fast. She's going to look up and [Blue] is going to be six months. Next thing you know, she's going to be walking. "She needs to embrace it. Especially because of the lives we live, a lot of times other people have to care for themselves and you have to have that mommy time."
