We hold 100's of beds in stock for immediate dispatch. For in stock items you can choose your delivery day as you pass through the checkout for the majority of UK postcodes. For items not currently in stock we will contact you to arrange delivery once your order is in stock. Orders over £499 are delivered free of charge and orders which are £499 or less, incur a delivery charge of £19.99 to all standard postcodes. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation normally within 24 hours.
In the majority of instances your goods will be delivered by a specialist delivery company who operate two man delivery teams on our behalf. If the items are in stock for the vast majority of post codes you will be presented with a calender which will enable you to select a delivery day as you pass through the checkout. For a small number of postcodes we cannot offer a choice of delivery day at the checkout, in this case our delivery partners will contact you directly to arrange the delivery. Deliveries are normally made between 7.00am and 9.00pm. Saturday delivery is available for selected postcodes for an additional charge of £40. On the day prior to delivery you will be contacted by email or SMS message with an estimated 3 hour delivery window, once allocated this cannot be changed. On the day of delivery, you will receive a courtesy call approximately 1 hour prior to delivery. If you are unable to commit to a delivery between 7am-9pm, it may be possible to upgrade the delivery to a timed service of 7am-12pm, 12pm-5pm or 5pm-9pm at an additional charge of £25, please contact our team on 01484 500560 to check availability of upgrading. If your order is not in stock at the time of order we will contact you as soon as we receive your goods to arrange a convenient delivery day.
To help ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible please advise of any difficult access point or parking or parking / delivery restrictions. Please ensure that you prepare for your delivery by ensuring that there is adequate access to the relevant room. Our delivery teams will deliver items up to and including second floor level as standard, should you require your delivery beyond the second floor in your building please contact our customer advisors prior to delivery. Please note that we are unable to remove old beds and mattresses for health and safety reasons.
Selected products marked “In Stock - Next Day” are available on our next day delivery service. When purchasing a next day bed you will be presented with a calendar, which will enable you to specify your delivery day. Our next day delivery service operates from Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays, between the hours of 7.00am - 6.00pm. Please note that if you order a next day delivery bed or mattress it will be delivered by a one man carrier service to your door. This means the courier will only deliver your item to the front door of the designated delivery address. Please note that if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver is only contracted to deliver to the lobby of the building only. AB10 - AB99 and Scottish Highlands on this service are classed as a Three Day Service and you will be provided with the local depot number on the day of despatch, to liase with them directly for a more specific delivery date.
If you're not clear on what delivery service you'll be receiving, don't worry - when you take your item to the checkout, we'll be able to be much more specific.
While we provide guidelines for how long delivery takes, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times. During holiday periods such as Christmas lead times maybe extended slightly as some suppliers have shutdown periods and deliveries can be unavoidably delayed due to high volumes of parcels being handled in delivery depots. All items are self assembly unless otherwise stated. Multiple orders receiving free delivery will be delivered in one drop, split date deliveries will be charged accordingly. Please note: We are able to deliver to the UK mainland only; regrettably we are unable to deliver to Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.
