Step 1: Prepare your mattress

Unwrap the mattress.

A mattress protector must be used in case you need to swap your mattress.

Step 2: Sleep in Luxury

Enjoy at least 50 nights sleep before considering swapping. Your new mattress is like a new pair of shoes! You will need that long to make your decision

Step 3: Swap after 50 days

If between 50 and 100 days your not delighted and want to swap it email our friendly team and we will get the ball rolling.

If you're not happy with your purchase, simply swap it – hassle-free. Just a heads-up: there is a one-off £99 fee to cover the collection of your old mattress and the delivery of your new one. But don't worry, our friendly team are here to make it as smooth as possible.

How do I initiate a mattress swap?

Email our sleep team at hello@time4sleep.co.uk with photos of the clean, presentable mattress.

Is the Sleep Trial free?

Yes, it is. The Sleep Trial itself doesn't cost anything. If you decide to exchange the mattress after 50 nights, there will be a one-time £99 fee for collection and delivery of the new one.

Which matttreses are Eligible for Sleep Trials?

Sleep Trials are available on all of our mattresses, across our entire site.

When does the trial start?

The trial starts on the date that your mattress is delivered.

How long should I try the mattress before swapping it?

We encourage you to sleep on it for at least 50 nights; this is how long it can take to get used to the mattress. Just like a new pair of shoes, it can take some time to adjust to your new mattress. We can't accept Sleep Trial exchanges before then.

What proof of purchase is required for an exchange?

Please provide your order confirmation email when contacting our sleep team.

Can someone else swap the mattress for me?

No, only the person who purchased the mattress can initiate a Sleep Trial swap.

Do I need to use a mattress protector during the trial?

Yes it is a condition of the trial that you must use a mattress protector to ensure the mattress stays clean and presentable for when we collect it.

Do I need to put the mattress back in the box for collection?

No, you don't need to fit the mattress back in the box for collection. We will arrange for a mattress bag to be sent to you prior to collection. The mattress must be returned wrapped due to health and hygiene reasons
