77005067A new survey has suggested we are a nation of sleep lovers who prioritises getting a good night’s kip above other activities. Research carried out by YouGov on behalf of Kalms, found that 40 per cent of Brits would pay to get a decent night’s sleep and that one in four women would forgo a month of sex just for one night of good quality sleep. A quarter of men said they would even be willing to go tee-total for a whole month if guaranteed the same reward. The main factors preventing us from sleeping include money worries (25 per cent), work stress (23 per cent) and partner’s snoring (28 per cent for women). Stephanie Clayson of Kalms Sleep, told the Mirror: “It is shocking some are so desperate for more sleep they would pay.”
