Time4Sleep’s resident doctor, Dr Frankie Jackson-Spence
Author: Jonathan Warren
Time4Sleep has now partnered with Dr Frankie Jackson-Spence to provide expertise on a range of health and sleep-related topics.
After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2018 with an honours degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB), Frankie is currently working in the NHS full time as a foundation doctor, with a particular interest in cancer clinical trials.
Dr Frankie's aim is to educate you that living healthily doesn’t have to be complicated and she is now available to comment on a range of health and sleep-related topics as the resident doctor at Time4Sleep.
On the partnership, Dr Frankie said: “Making small simple changes to your daily life can compound over time into positive changes on your health and well-being. One of those important, but often neglected pillars of health is getting enough sleep.
“In today's society, we have normalised working hard and living busy lives, but often this is at the expense of sleep. We all know we need to be eating a healthy balanced diet, and getting more exercise, but I want to show you that getting enough rest and sleep is just, if not more, important for your health.”
