All of our products have a minimum of a 12 month guarantee from the date of delivery. Some items have longer but this would be clearly stated on the product description. If a fault occurs with your product or your item is damaged during transit, please notify our customer services team via the contact us page or by emailing email@example.com. If the goods have been damaged during delivery, you must notify us immediately via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
