Shipping policy

We have adapted our delivery service to ensure that we keep both our customers and colleagues safe and all customer deliveries are being made in accordance with current government guidelines. Unfortunately, we can't deliver to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

In-stock items

If an item is in stock, you can choose the delivery day when you order (for most UK addresses).

Out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery once it’s in stock.

Specialist Two Person Delivery
Large bulky items will be delivered by a two-man team. For the vast majority of postcodes, if the items are in stock, you’ll be able to choose a delivery day at the checkout. For a small number of postcodes, we cannot offer a choice of delivery day. Instead, our delivery partners will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Deliveries are normally between 7am and 9pm. Saturday delivery is available for selected postcodes at an additional charge of £29.99. On the day before delivery, you’ll receive an email or SMS message with an estimated three-hour delivery window. Once allocated this cannot be changed. On delivery day, you’ll receive a courtesy call around one-hour before delivery.

To help your delivery go as smoothly as possible, please tell us about things like difficult access points or parking restrictions. Ensuring there’s access to the relevant room will also help. Our delivery teams will deliver items up to and including second floor level as standard. If your delivery is beyond the second floor in your building, please contact our customer advisors. Please note, we can’t remove old beds and mattresses for health and safety reasons.

One Person Delivery
Medium sized items will be delivered on a one person delivery service. For items in stock, you will be able to select the delivery date at the checkout. For items not in stock we will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient day.

On our one person delivery service the courier will deliver your item to the front door of the delivery address. For apartment blocks, the delivery driver will only deliver to the lobby of the building.

Direct From Supplier
The majority of the items we sell are exclusive to Time 4 Sleep and are shipped from our warehouse. A small number of items we despatch direct from our suppliers. Any items that are shipped direct from suppliers will be marked as Direct from Supplier in the checkout.

These products will be delivered direct from our suppliers using their own delivery services. Once your order has been confirmed you will receive a notification regarding your delivery of Direct Ship Items. Please note that if you have ordered a Time 4 Sleep stocked product and a Direct from Supplier product that you will receive two separate deliveries.
