The Kaydian Walkworth Slate Fabric Ottoman storage bed is a brand new addition to the Kaydian Designs range. Modeled on the extremely popular brown leather and oatmeal fabric versions of this bed, we're confident that this frame will be another customer favourite.
The main bed frame of the Walkworth is made from a solid hardwood mix that will most definitely stand the test of time and is expertly upholstered with a high quality Slate Fabric. Combining both top notch design and practicality, the Walkworth is an essential in any bedroom. This elegant and modern ottoman bed is abundant with storage space, boasting nearly 4 times worth what a standard drawer divan can offer.
Acting much like a car boot mechanism, the base lifts with ease and the hydraulic gas struts take over most of the work to eventually reveal the large storage area that would otherwise be derelict space! The bed base is made from strong wooden boards that offer maximum support for even the heaviest of mattresses and also stops any dust from going through into the storage area. The clean lines of the buttoned headboard is ideal to compliment any bedroom décor and make you the envy of all your friends and family.
The foot end of the bed has been kept nice and low in order to enhance the feeling of space, opening your bedroom into a spacious haven! To set off the the Walkworth's unique detailing, the ottoman is finished to perfection with large dark wooden feet, which also enhance and support the bed's sturdy and reliable frame.
The storage depth on this bed frame is 19cm approx.

Really comfortable!
This bed is excellent value! Not only is it really comfortable but it's also really smart and looks as though it cost much more. It was a bit fiddly to put together and although it does say on the website that it comes 'flat-pack' it took around 3 hours to build so don't leave it until bedtime!
We have a Sealy Memory Foam mattress and it needed a bed with a firm base to prevent sagging and I am happy to say we have found it. We are really happy with it.
