Brits Snooze For 30 Minutes We looked into the snoozing habits of the nation and uncovered a host of interesting statistics. Did you know Northern cities are the most frequent sleepwalkers? We even found out that teachers are the most likely to hit someone while asleep. Teachers Are The Most Aggressive Sleepers Doctors were the most likely to sleep in on a morning (86%), while Londoners were most likely to invade someone’s personal space during the night (27%). Northern Cities Are The Biggest Sleep Walkers The research shows that we’re definitely a nation which enjoys our sleep, so don’t worry if you’re a regular snoozer and value those extra moments in bed – you’re certainly not alone!
