Bought this to satisfy a requirement where I needed simple storage space that wasn't visible when everything is closed. The storage space is huge, and although the bed looks relatively low when setting it up, it rests at a good height once assembled.

The gas mechanism in my experience will not drop until a mattress is laid on the top surface, upon which time it feels perfectly weighted to assist with lifting and holding the bed up. I can even hang a suit in a suit holder folded over comfortably on one of the metal bars and not feel a thing through the mattress on top.

Great value for money especially when considering that it has a solid base which will stop clothing and stored items resting on the floor. Couldn't be happier! (Posted on 06/12/2011)

This bed is fantastic for the price, I absolutely love it. The storage space is so handy. Putting it together wasn't difficult, it took us about 1 1/2 hours. And it just looks fantastic, would definately recommend. The service from Time for Sleep was excellent as well, was delivered the next day. (Posted on 05/05/2011)

Ordered my bed on a Thursday, bed arrived on Friday, took around 2hrs to build but bed looks fantastic and build quality is excellent. I would advise everyone to buy a low rise mattress though as a chunky one will cover the headboard. Overall it is a lovely bed and plenty of storage underneath, easy to assemble and service was brilliant. (Posted on 05/05/2011)
