Delivery
We hold 100's of beds in stock for immediate dispatch. Other special order items will normally be delivered to you within 21 working days unless stated otherwise. Orders over £499 are delivered free of charge and orders which are £499 or less, incur a delivery charge of £19.99. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation normally within 24 hours.
Specialist Two Man Delivery
In the majority of instances your goods will be delivered by a specialist delivery company who operate two man delivery teams on our behalf.
They will be making many deliveries in your area on the day of delivery and it is possible to narrow down the timescales by calling them the day prior to delivery after 2pm in order to check if AM or PM timeslot. It is also possible to arrange for the driver to call you approximately one hour prior to your delivery. Deliveries are normally made Monday - Friday between 8.00am and 8.00pm. Please help to ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible by advising of any difficult access points or parking / delivery restrictions.
The carriers will assist with taking the item to the appropriate room. Please ensure that you prepare for your delivery by ensuring that there is adequate access to the relevant room. Please note that we are unable to remove old beds and mattresses for health and safety reasons.
Next Day Delivery Items
Selected products marked “next day” are available on our next day delivery service. When purchasing a next day bed you will be presented with a calendar, which will enable you to specify your delivery day. Our next day delivery service operates from Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays, between the hours of 7.00am - 6.00pm. Please note that if you order a next day delivery bed or mattress it will be delivered by a one man carrier service to your door. This means the courier will only deliver your item to the front door of the designated delivery address. Please note that if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver is only contracted to deliver to the lobby of the building only. Some next day items may be available for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge please call 01484 500560 for further information.
General Information
While we provide guidelines for how long delivery takes, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times. During holiday periods such as Christmas lead times maybe extended slightly as some suppliers have shutdown periods. All items are self assembly unless otherwise stated. Multiple orders receiving free delivery will be delivered in one drop, split date deliveries will be charged accordingly. Please note: We are able to deliver to the UK mainland only; regrettably we are unable to deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands. The following post codes in Scotland may incurr additional delivery charges depending on your order and which courier we have to use: AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, HS, IM1-9, IV1, IV3-56, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH9, and PH15-44.
