We hold 100's of beds in stock for immediate delivery. Other special order items we will normally deliver to you within 21 working days. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation. In the majority of instances your goods will be delivered by a specialist delivery company called Furniture Logistics who operate on our behalf.

Furniture Logistics will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. They will be making many deliveries in your area on that day and it will not be possible to guarantee a delivery time. By prior arrangement it is possible to arrange for the driver to call you approximately one hour prior to your delivery. Deliveries are normally made Monday - Friday between 8.00am and 8.00pm. Please help to ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible by advising of any difficult access points or parking / delivery restrictions.

Furniture Logistics representatives will assist with taking the item to the appropriate room. Please ensure that you prepare for your delivery by ensuring that there is adequate access to the relevant room. Please note that we are unable to remove old beds and mattresses for health and safety reasons. All items are self assembly unless otherwise stated.

Please note that if you order a next day delivery bed or mattress it will be delivered by a one man carrier service to your door. The option to have your order delivered to the room of your choice is not available on this service.

Please note: We are able to deliver to the UK mainland only, regrettably we are unable to deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands.
