The base opens up from the side and has a specially made non Slip top so that mattresses will not Slide off the side. This is brilliant if you have minimal space for storage as your can store all your clothes, bedding and many other things in the base without cluttering up your room.It comes in Chenille , Faux Suede and new for 2010 a range of Faux Leathers so there is plenty of choice to match your decor. This is fantastic as a childrens bed and an adults bed as it comes in sizes ranging from Single to Kingsize. Headboard not included.
