Tom Cruise talks fatherhood and sleeplessness

Actor and public father figure Tom Cruise has revealed his family plans over the Christmas period and his secret to looking young: "no sleep".
In an interview with Extra this month (December 8th), the controversial Cruise explained that he will be spending some quality time with his wife actress Katie Holmes and children - Suri, 5, Isabella, 18 and Connor, 16.
However, one thing the 49-year-old won't be getting is decent sleep in his king size bed, if his comments are anything to go by. When asked about the secret behind his youthful-looking appearance, he said: "No sleep. Three kids… you gotta go, go, go!"
The Rock of Ages star seemed excited about his forthcoming family time: "The family gets together and cooks breakfast, and everyone pitches in... I'm no slouch. I'm not a gourmet chef, but I can whip up some eggs. (We're) gonna chill. We like taking those times. We really just all hang together and play games. We're all just going to have a really nice, quiet time."
