Rachel Bilson talks beauty sleep

Actress Rachel Bilson has admitted to ditching her party lifestyle for a quieter on, revealing that she cherishes a good night’s sleep.
In an interview published in the latest issue of NYLON magazine, the 30-year-old style icon gave away some secrets to her beauty and fashion regime, including an early start to her night in bed and dressing herself from a young age. It is likely that Ms Bilson translates her great taste for style to her bedroom with a beautiful French antique bed, though she wasn’t forthcoming about exactly what she slept in.
Ms Bilson, who shot to fame as ditzy and loveable Summer Roberts in the American teen drama series The OC, looked every inch the star as she modelled some top designer pieces in the accompanying images. She admitted to being “a very bossy fashionista when I was three”.
She added: “I’m all about Netflix and ordering Teen Mom on iTunes. I go to bed at nine! I’m not as interested in going out and partying at night anymore; I’m more set in my ways. I know I sound like an 80-year-old.”
