57564227If bedding down each night is a difficult task for you, then the National Sleep Foundation (NSF) may have something that's perfect for you - or at least a healthcare professional that is addressing the issue. The NSF excitedly revealed that it is now offering a comprehensive and free online sleep disorders resource for all professionals in primary care. This publication is an updated web version of Dr Peter Hauri's book "The Sleep Disorders", which was first published in 1977. Inside, there are interesting and detailed introductions to conditions such as sleep apnoea, insomnia, circadian rhythm disruption, narcolepsy, parasomnia, sleep-related movement disorders and much more. It has also been designed for easy accessibility from portable devices such as the iPad. David Cloud, chief executive officer of the NSF, said: "We are honoured to have worked with Dr. Hauri to extend the important work he began over 35 years ago. The NSF will maintain and update this book as a free online resource for future generations as a tribute to Dr Hauri."
