86809327Whether we have french beds, round beds or king size beds, sleep experts have warned that our modern lifestyles of caffeine, technology and work are separating us from them, and this can have disastrous consequences for our health and even for the world. Any level of sleep-deprivation can lead to problems, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported,  as it impairs performance in all areas. It could be your abilities in the workplace, classroom or behind the wheel, but a lack of rest a real problem that must be addressed if you find yourself struggling to perform at full potential - especially given past examples of human error as a result of little or no sleep. Mark Mahowald, a sleep expert speaking to the publication, said that disasters such as Bhopal, NASA's Challenger, the Exxon Valdez, and Three Mile Island nuclear power station are all "officially attributed to problems from sleep deprivation", adding: "But the biggest risk of sleep deprivation is car crashes, period."
