Jennifer Lawrence: Oscar winner and early nighter

You may think that an Oscar-winning actress may have a remarkable number of social engagements that keep her from going to bed early on an evening, though one of the silver screen's more down-to-earth leading ladies is doing exactly that - and she's proud of it.
Jennifer Lawrence, the 22-year-old star who took home the Best Actress award at this year's Oscars after an amazing performance in Silver Linings Playbook, told reporters that she has a habit of putting off a few big parties so she can hit the sack by 11pm.
Her comments, which Metro relayed from German magazine TV Movie, gave further insight into her much-deserved great reputation, and as one of the few actresses in Hollywood who refuses to take herself seriously. Lawrence explained that she continues to look for bargains in local supermarkets, adopting a frugal approach to life.
She said: "When I go somewhere these days I let a valet park my car. That costs £4! I still live in the same three-bedroom apartment I had when I moved to LA six years ago."
