Single Beds
Single beds are best known as being for children's bedrooms. Our children are important to us and its always nice to create a lovely surrounding for them to rest in, in the hope that they get a good nights sleep in order for their body to grow in the healthiest way possible. We have worked hard now for many years to build up a great range of single beds for children – so hopefully in this category you will find the bed of your child's dreams!
As well as standard single beds (simple designs that will suit any surrounding) that are made from sturdy build materials such as wood and metal, we have plenty of novelty bed designs that add a larger element of fun to a bedroom! The other type of sought after single bed by a child has to be the bunk bed! Every child ever to live has always wanted the top bunk and because of this (and the space saving element of course with two beds in the same space) we have a huge array of bunks at bargain prices!
Standard UK single size beds take a mattress size of 90cm x 190cm (3ft x 6ft 3) – these are also readily available to buy on the Time4sleep website in many different types. The only exception to this rule is when purchasing a Stompa Uno bed. These single beds take a European size mattress with the dimensions of 90cm x 200cm but we have three different versions of mattress to fit these beds correctly.
Its not just the children's rooms that single beds are bought for though, guest rooms are the other place that a single bed is the best option for as they tend to be slightly smaller than the main bedrooms!
