Hyder Bali Leather Ottoman Bed Frame - BROWN

It was rather simple to put together although we have panicked once we got to the point of closing it down - we did not push strong enough having worries that we may break the frame!? We have checked the site looking for any advice, we have read customer notes hoping somebody had similar issues but we have found nothing (so if you are struggling now – you will learn from our experience).

We have decided to call the office for advice and were told, that it need an energetic and strong very first pull down as gas in lifting mechanism must be unblocked.

We have followed Brian’s advice and it worked.

Everything is great but there is one small downside: metal frame of the mechanism has already slightly damage the inner lying on the sides of the bed. Besides this - we are very happy with our bed!

Together with Hyder Bali Ottoman we have purchased Rest Assured Tara 2000 mattress. If you are looking for firm mattress we would highly recommend that one!

And at last: customer service was brilliant and delivery was on time!

We have not heard of time4sleep before but we will spread the good news amongst our friends and family.
