Great customer service from office staff, when the original bed I had chosen was out of stock they suggested a similar alternative and arranged delivery to suit me.
Delivery drivers were prompt and even carried the bed upstairs for me.
The bed was really easy to put together and is very sturdy. It looks great and the trundle underneath slides in and out easily.
